This seminar provides the access to the guiding idea of the Unicist Approach. The Unicist Approach is integrated by a unicist diagnostics technology, unicist strategy and ends with a unicist architectural approach to define the business model and its operation.
It deals with the design of structural solutions for businesses integrating their unified field including the customer, the shareholder and the environment that influences them.

Unicist Business Architecture

The Unicist Corporate University gives access to the unicist ontology based and object driven technologies to manage Business Architecture. Unicist Business Architecture includes the fundamental diagnosis of the unified field of a business defined by its ontogenetic map, the description of the business model, the development of the strategy to be used, the definition of the work processes and the business objects to be included in these processes.

Who is this Seminar for?

It is for businessmen/women, managers and business and IT architects who need to manage the nature of businesses to design their strategies and architecture.
It is an introduction that provides the basic knowledge to design and build business improvements and growth. This seminar changes the paradigms of the existing knowledge of businesses opening new frontiers to expand the boundaries for business expansion.
