Counseling driven learning
The unicist approach to reality based on its nature requires an individual counseling process. Counselors are responsible for backing the foundation building process of the diagnoses developed by participants.
To do so they foster and guide participants in the use of the reflection process applied to real complex problem solutions.
Counseling driven learning includes:
1) A daily activity to guide participant's knowledge acquisition process.
2) A counseling activity (every fortnight) in which participants present the problems they need to solve.
3) Monitoring of the real cases developed by participants during the learning process. It includes the use of the BEES (Blue Eagle X-pert System).
The first activity is teaching driven, the second is learning driven and the third activity provides quality assurance for the applications. These activities are integrated in the “action – thought / reflection – action” process, which is one of the fundamentals of the unicist personalized education.
This program uses the Blue Eagle Expert System, the Unicist Reflection Methodology and the unicist complex problems research methodology to develop diagnoses on actual businesses and recycle the process after feedback is made.
It begins with the development of descriptive diagnoses, then static and finally causal diagnoses. Causal diagnoses are then monitored to ensure their accuracy.
Counselors mainly guide the diagnosis and feedback process.
The application field is agreed between the participant and his/her counselor.
Participants will be exposed to develop diagnoses of their own business or activity. Real diagnosing and learning are integrated. Such diagnoses sustain the learning and use of unicist tools to develop personal business strategies in “live” processes.
Diagnoses include prognostics. Therefore forecast tools are provided to sustain the future scenario building. At the end of the program the participant should have developed a diagnosis of his/her own business.
