This open program gives you access to a central approach to deal with complex problems using the Unicist Standard. Complex problems do not have causative relations. Therefore, they need to be grasped in their oneness. The rational approach is a causative approach that is functional to solve systemic problems. But complexity needs to be apprehended as a unified field requiring reflection to do so. Reflection as, you will see, is based on feed-back from reality until the nature of something has been grasped. Therefore, it can be said that the Unicist Reflection process is a structured “action-reflection-action” process that provides the necessary information to produce results. |

It is the approach to deal with the nature of businesses defining them in a way that allows them to develop growth beyond the existing boundaries of their activity. It can be said that the Unicist Reflection process is a sort of mechanic to sustain conceptual design to develop businesses. Without using this reflection process strategies happen within the preexisting boundaries of a business. If they are functional, no reflection process should be developed. Reflection processes are only recommended to build growth, enter in new businesses, introduce innovations or solve crises. |
