This open program gives you access to a way to define an outsourcing and insourcing strategy using the Unicist Standard. The discovery of the ontology of outsourcing, as a spontaneous process of nature, allowed the structuring of object driven outsourcing and insourcing processes in order to gain efficiency and effectiveness in the business organization. It will also give you access to spurious ways to develop outsourcing processes and ways to avoid them.
