Unicist Object Driven Strategy
The Unicist Standard for business strategy is based on the Unicist Ontogenetic Maps to deal with the nature of businesses. Therefore it provides the basic laws to deal with strategy that have to be respected in order to be successful. Consider that ontogenetic maps and basic laws are cross-cultural and timeless. Unicist strategy is defined as the conscious action to influence an environment to achieve an objective. The procedure to develop a strategy is defined by its unicist algorithms.* Strategies exist in the mind of the strategist or they do not exist. Strategies happen in the future; therefore they can just exist as ideas in the mind of the one who is responsible for succeeding.

Unicist Business Architecture
The Unicist Corporate University gives access to the unicist ontology based and object driven technologies to manage Business Architecture. Unicist Business Architecture includes the fundamental diagnosis of the unified field of a business defined by its ontologies, the description of the business model, the development of the strategy to be used, the definition of the work processes and the business objects to be included in these processes.

The Unicist Strategy Programs at The Unicist Corporate University are analogous to medical residencies.
Only clients that “pertain” to the participants, who obtain the benefit for their success and pay the price of failure, work as real clients.
Clients provided by third parties work as “cases - autopsies” and do not work as learning objects because the participant doesn’t need to assume the full responsibility for producing results.

Minimum and Maximal Strategies
Unicist Strategies include naturally two elements to adapt to reality: an active element to increase the vital space while adding value and an energy conservation function to ensure the survival of the organization or individual.
Thus from an operational standpoint a strategy is basically defined by the integration of a maximal strategy and a minimum strategy to adapt to the environment. |
Program Characteristics
The program is developed following three levels of complexity. Each level is developed in 3 months. Level 1 is equivalent to the Unicist Strategic Diagnostics Program.
Level 1 – To manage object driven diagnoses of businesses
Level 2 – To manage unicist object driven strategies
Level 3 – To manage future scenarios
Each level deals with a different client or different areas of the same client. This implies that at each level there is a different problem to be solved.
The Program is based on:
1) Individual agreements
The counselor proposes a technology transfer and learning agreement based on the participant’s background, knowledge, interests and objectives. Such agreement with the participant includes short term and long term commitments.
2) Unicist Ontogenetic Maps
The participant receives access to the Unicist Ontogenetic Maps that are necessary to achieve his/her objectives.
3) Diagnoses of real cases
Diagnoses and their feedback drive the objective aspects of the unicist technologies learning process. This process implies a permanent “action-reflection-action” process. It includes the diagnoses of the above mentioned 3 cases, including their prognoses and their feed-back to confirm their forecasts.
Counselors are responsible for the fallacy-shooting of the application process.
4) Counseling driven learning
The unicist object driven technology is provided to the participants. Counselors are responsible for backing the foundation building process of the diagnoses, strategies and future forecasts developed by the participants.
There is regular live counseling and off-line counseling to support the participant’s activities.
5) Group exchange
Participants have the possibility of exchanging experiences with colleagues. The exchange of experiences leverages the reflection process and improves the quality of the original solutions developed by participants.
6) Complementary tools
The program includes the use of complementary tools for unicist strategy building. Among others, the following tools are accessible from their original developers:
1) C-map – concept mapping for strategy building
2) Protegé – for conceptual IT design
3) Taverna – for conceptual design in the field of life-sciences
4) Hozo – for conceptual engineering
7) Blue Eagle X-pert System (BEES)
The BEES processes the objective monitoring of the diagnoses made by participants. It is used by the counselors to provide a quality assured guidance.
The BEES develops diagnoses based on ontological/logical inferences based on the rules that regulate the ontogenetic maps.
Admissions
The participants of the program have to be graduates. There is an Admission Committee to manage the admissions.
Cost of the 3 Levels: USD 27,000 + taxes
The program has to be paid by the clients whose diagnoses, future scenarios, strategies or organizations are being designed. Only real clients can ensure the quality of the learning processes. |

Real Clients’ Strategies
-The Unicist Strategy Programs at The Unicist Corporate University are analogous to medical residencies. Dealing with business strategies, diagnoses, scenarios and action plans in business cannot be solved with case studies. Case studies are autopsies, that are necessary to learn the “language”, but only “live” cases can be the basis for approaching strategies, diagnostics and scenario building. Unicist technologies manage reality based on its nature. Therefore, only “live patients” and real cases with personal involvement make the learning of unicist object driven technologies possible.
Unicist Business Residencies Facilities
-Unicist Business Residencies develop their activities on the place where the problems are being solved. They generally take place at the facilities of the clients.
That is why live counseling using the Internet is a basic tool for the participants in order to be able to communicate from these facilities.
About the Participants
-We provide the Unicist Ontogenetic Maps to be used to manage diagnoses and strategies. The “real client” is where this technology is used so the participant becomes acquainted with it.
-The counseling committee manages the support to implement this technology.
-As a medical residency requires that the participants be graduated physicians, the Unicist Corporate University’s residencies require that the participants have the necessary technical-analytical knowledge in the field of the development of diagnoses and strategies.
-Participants “own” the client of this program; the client is “their client”.
-Participants need to work in groups in order to discuss the problems they might have.
-All the information provided by the client is confidential.
