The Unicist Approach to Businesses
The unicist approach to businesses begins with a diagnosis, transforms this diagnosis into a strategic solution and develops the necessary architecture to define the operational solution. This approach starts with the fundamental and technical analytical diagnoses of the unified field of a business defined by its ontogenetic maps, and ends with the work processes to be implemented. The ontogenetic maps define the “DNA” of businesses that allows having a GPS to diagnose and manage them.

Business Residences work as Medical Residencies
Unicist Business Residences are analogous to medical residencies. Dealing with business strategies, diagnoses, scenarios and action plans in business cannot be solved with case studies. Case studies are autopsies, that are necessary to learn the “language”, but only “live” cases can be the basis for approaching strategies, diagnostics and scenario building. Unicist technologies manage reality based on its nature. Therefore, only “live patients” and real cases with personal involvement make the learning of unicist object driven technologies possible.

Both the Micro Residencies and the Micro Seminars were designed for people who are responsible for managing business units, or other adaptive aspects of businesses. The programs are defined with the Company according to specific needs.

What are Unicist Business Residencies?
Unicist Business Residencies deal with the solution of the adaptive aspects of the client’s business while participants learn to manage the unicist technologies to approach them. The Blue Eagle X-pert System provides the necessary quality assurance for the diagnoses and strategies.
Unicist In-Company Business Residencies use the unicist object driven technology to implement solutions for adaptive aspects of businesses.
They are sustained by counselors using the Unicist Ontology of Human Learning. The Blue Eagle X-pert System is used to monitor the participant's diagnoses while the counselor's responsibility is to sustain the efficiency and efficacy of the learning process.
The Unicist Corporate University uses the technologies provided by The Unicist Research Institute (TURI), the major research organization in the world in complexity sciences applied to the evolution of human adaptive systems.
